  • Cardio, Cardio, Cardio
  • Resistance Training
  • Mobility
  • Funtional Training
  • Core / Abdominal work
  • Kettlebells, Dumbells & Medicine Balls
  • Rowing, Running, Biking

No Eperience Necessary 

The only requirement is a desire to get fit. Over the course of four weeks, we progressively challenge your mind and body. The 508 Fitnes Camp  is fun and motivating for ages  12 to 99!
