At CF508 we combine kettlebell Skils, gymnastics (especially rings and floor work), olympic weightlifting, rowing, jumping & running with things like tire flips, pull-ups & push-ups.  Some workouts are done for speed, others for maximum number of reps, all of them are intense, and all are done under our supervision for excellent form.


Because CrossFit is a model built on inclusive, broad general fitness and is universally scalable, it is right for everyone!! We make sure all members have a solid foundation in the basic  movements that are at the heart of the Crossfit 508.




A comprehensive full-body workout in 1 Hour, including skill instruction, strength building, and  metabolic conditioning.  Classes are limited to 6 -10 athletes, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation . Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you always make progress and never get bored. 

 It will be hard, and it will be effective.



We won’t just sit you on a machine and plug a pin; every time you come into CrossFit 508you will be learning or perfecting a skill that will directly improve your quality of life outside of the gym.

We embrace our training as a sort of intense play time, utilizing the natural functional movements of the human body; eschewing the machines, gadgets, and snake oil that have made the modern fitness industry a sham.
