Intermediate: (115#/85#)

Beginner: (85#/55#)

 

WOD #2: " Simple Strength"

1 1/2 minute AMRAP

Strict Presses

30 second Rest

Then...5 minutes:

2 Rep Max for both Team Members

Score= # of Strict Presses + Total of both 2RM Front Squat

Intermediate = (95#/65#)

Beginner = (65#/45#)

 

WOD # 4:

"The Chippah"

Intermediate:

Lateral Hops: Must jump over the Barbell with both feet at the same time

Wall Balls (20#/14#) (10ft / 9ft)

Hang Snatches (75# / 55#)

 

Beginners:

Lateral Hops: athletes may chose to do step overs

Wall Balls (14#/10#) (10ft / 9ft)

Hang Snatches (55# / 35#)
