Stamina Squats

On the 2:00 x 6 Sets:

2 Front Squat + 4 Back Squats  @ 70-85%

(Ideally, we want the same weight as last weeks squats)

 

 

AMRAP 10:

50 Barbell-Facing Burpees

150 Double-Unders

30 Squat Clean Thrusters (135/95)
