75% of BASE WEIGHT x 5 reps

85% of BASE WEIGHT x As many reps as possible

(We want to shoot for more than the goal of 5 Reps)


WOD:

3 Rounds

10 Front Squats (185/135)

20 Chest 2 Bars

50 Double Unders
