WOD:

2 Rounds 

(A total of FOUR 5 minute Blocks of work.):

In 5 minutes

Run 400m

20 Lateral Burpees Over DB

then AMRAP

Squat Cleans

 

Rest 3 minutes

 

In 5 minutes

20 Dumbbell Squat Cleans

Run 400m 

then

AMRAP Burpees over DB

 

Rest 3 minutes 

 

Barbell Version: 15 Squat Cleans in second block of work.  Suggested RX: (135/95)

Sub for Run: 500m Row or .7 mile Bike

 

Cash Out:

5 Sets of Strict Pull Ups or Pull Overs

(We have been working these for a few weeks.  Let’s see if we can increase some #’s)
