Please read over each Division to determine which one works best for you and your partner.   Each Age Division will be determined by the average age of the 2 Team Members.

Teen 13-17:   Intermediate

Cleans in WOD:   (115#/75#)

Front Squats in WOD:  (115#/75#)

Jerk Ladder:  (95# – 135#) (55#-95#) No penalty if you can’t get the last weights.  Both Partners do not have to do each weight.

Double Unders (It’s okay if only 1 Team member has these)

Pull Ups

Toes 2 Bar

Able to Carry (50#/35#) Sandbag

Lateral Burpees Jumping over Bar

 

Teen 13-17: Novice

Cleans in WOD:   (65#/45#)

Front Squats in WOD: (65#/45#)

Jerk Ladder: (45#-85#)  (25#-65#) No penalty if you can’t get the last weights.  Both Partners do not have to do each weight.

Single Unders

Push Ups from Knees

Knee Ups

Able to Carry (35#/20#)

Lateral Burpees Stepping over Bar
