15 Push Presses (or Pull Ups) 

15 Box Jumps or Broad Jumps 

15 Deadlifts  

  • If you have a barbell 225|155 deadlifts.  If you have a Single Dumbbell 8/8

Floor Press 


10 Plank Drags after each set 

If you are doing single arm complete 10 each side, split the reps in half if it’s heavy, 5-4-3-2-1 each side
