4 Back Squats 

  • Building 5% higher than last week on the Stamina Squats 
  • As a reminder, the weight is the same for Front Squat and the Back Squats


3 Rounds 

15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups 

15 Wallballs 

2 minutes Rest then… 

 At 8:00

15 Shoulder to Overhead (115|75)
