Back Squat for load:
#1: 7 reps @ 63%
#2: 5 reps @ 73%
#3: 3 reps @ 78%
#4: 7 reps @ 73%
#5: 5 reps @ 78%
#6: 3 reps @ 83%
#7: 7 reps @ 78%
#8: 5 reps @ 83%
#9: 3 reps @ 88%
This is our second week of Squat Waves. We have the same Rep Scheme but adding 3% to last Monday’s weight.

Based off of your 5 Rep Max.

These are done as waves. Hit the first 7,5,3. Then Rest as needed before hitting the next 7,5,3.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

10 deadlifts
30-ft. burpee broad jump

♀ 155 lb. ♂ 225 lb.
