· Ideally building in weight each round

· Go with Hang Power Snatches if OHS are not there

· Go with Increasing Strict Presses if we aren’t doing Snatches at all and then go with Heavy Kettlebell Swing in WOD

9 Toes 2 Bar

· We are definitely taking weight off our bar from the above SKILL/STRENGTH
