– Ideally going up in weight each set
– We are not building to a max. We are just building to something a click heavier than we will use in the WOD
– Those in the Qualifiers need to work on your Snatches at a weight that is appropriate for you today…no egos, if you need to go lighter than the RX so you keep good form….do so.

35-54: (115/75)
55 plus (95/65)
