30 Alternating Leg V-Ups

30 Single DB Hang Clean & Jerks

1 minute Rest

· Pick Up each ARMAP where the last AMRAP Left off

· If using a Barbell, 15 Hang Clean & Jerks (135/95)

Cash Out:

5 Rounds:

10-15 DB Bent over Rows

Max Box Dips (Ring Dips if you have them)

– If using Barbell, Use weight used in WOD and Cut reps to keep form
