80/60 Calorie Bike or 100/80 Calorie Row 

100 Wallballs  

100 Kettlebell Swings 

100 Sit-ups 

1 Mile Run  (200m at a time)

Partition Cals, reps, and distance between partners 

ADV: Heavy Wall Balls, Heavy KB Swings & Monster Sit Ups using Heavy Wall Ball
