15 Plank Ups

Then AMRAP

Hollow Rocks

30 Seconds Rest

WOD:

Every 4 minutes for 24 minutes:

400m Run

40 Double Unders

Then AMRAP

Kettlebell or Dumbbell Swings

· Until you reach 100. Once you reach 100 Swings….then AMRAP Burpees
