60 Double Unders, 30 Alt Leg V-Ups, 15 Push Ups
40 Double Unders, 20 Alt Leg V-Ups, 10 Push Ups
20 Double Unders, 10 Alt Leg V-Ups, 5 Push Ups
** Starting at “3,2,1, Go” and then every 3 minutes ….Run 200m
Double Under Sub: Double the # of Single Unders
Sub for V-Ups: Sit Ups
Sub for Push UPs…..Handstand Push Ups (kipping)
